KARL HOOVER
Karl Hoover is the Senior Vice President at Financial Independence Group. He started at FIG over 20 years ago, with the vision to help the organization rise to the top. Through hard work, determination, study and faith, Karl has risen to the top of his respective position. The journey to get to the top of one of the nation’s largest independent brokerage firms was not easy. Karl’s mission to help his financial professional clients in every aspect of the business taught him that every financial office is different, requiring customization tailored to each individual goals/needs. Serving the top 1% of financial professionals, Karl has learned best practices from high performing offices across the nation.
Over his career, Karl has shared these best practices with his financial professional clients to make them better and more efficient. This sharing of ideas to better others is the driving force behind the Advisor Development Show. Whether you are in the business for 3 month, 3 years or 3 decades, there is always value in each of our shows.
Karl is the father of 2 beautiful girls. When not working hard serving his clients, he is coaching his kid’s soccer team, riding the Peloton or relaxing on the pontoon boat with his family. Karl and his wife Lisa call Lake Norman home.
